The only waste management company in Scotland with the ability to offer High Quality Recycling' (HQR) alongside a Dry Mixed Recycling option (DMR).
HQR adheres to the waste hierarchy ensuring that recyclable waste is separated at source and kept separate on its journey to recovery.
HQR is higher in the recycling value chain than DMR as contamination is likely to be lower.
HQR can include a wide range of tailored material 'waste type' options to suit the needs of a specific customer, providing choice, convenience, and the ultimate eco-friendly business solution of "source segregated' collections.
As a result of a reduction in sorting and separation costs, HQR can be offered to customers at a preferential price point.
By segregating waste at the source, HQR enables recyclable materials to be processed more efficiently, significantly reducing general waste by prioritising sustainability and resource recovery from the outset.
