People profiles - Lukasz

Lukasz began his journey with CWR in 2011 as a driver, quickly proving himself to be reliable, hardworking, and dedicated to delivering excellent service to customers. Over the years, his commitment and leadership skills saw him progress through the business, and today he leads our transport team in Edinburgh.

In his current role, Lukasz ensures that our collection vehicles are on the road every day, servicing customers across the region, lifting bins, and collecting bags. With a growing team and an ever-expanding fleet to manage, no two days are the same, and Lukasz thrives on the challenge of keeping operations running smoothly.

Outside of work, Lukasz has a real passion for cars and enjoys fixing them in his spare time. He’s also a biker, so those mechanical skills come in handy!
