At Change Waste Recycling, our strength lies not just in our innovative approach to waste management, but in the people who deliver them. One of the longest-serving members of our team, Mike has been a cornerstone of the business since 2001.

After a successful career in the army, Mike joined the company as a driver, bringing with him a disciplined work ethic, leadership qualities, and a passion for making a difference. Over the years, he steadily grew with the business taking on more responsibility, mentoring colleagues, and helping to shape the direction of Change Waste.

Today, Mike serves as our Operations Director, playing a vital role in our senior leadership team and overseeing the day-to-day running of all operational activity across the business. His commitment ensures we continue to deliver reliable, sustainable waste and recycling services.

Outside of work, Mike keeps active with regular running and cycling. He brings that same energy and focus to everything he does, whether it’s fine-tuning our fleet performance or setting new standards in service delivery.
