Anna joined Change Waste Recycling in March 2019 and has since become an integral part of our busy customer service team. Known affectionately as the office ‘chatterbox’ Anna brings energy, positivity, and a genuine passion for helping people to every interaction. She thrives on building strong relationships with customers, taking the time to listen, and offering clear advice when they call with questions about their service.

Her approachable nature and proactive attitude make her a trusted point of contact for customers and colleagues alike. Whether it’s resolving queries, offering reassurance, or simply brightening someone’s day with her enthusiasm, Anna consistently goes above and beyond to deliver excellent service.

Outside of work, Anna enjoys keeping active at the gym, experimenting with new recipes and spending quality time with friends.

With her combination of professionalism, friendliness, and drive, Anna is a valued member of the CWR family and a key contributor to the smooth running of our customer service team.
